We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Executive - Automotive / Lubricant to join our consumer team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Your primary focus will be on maintaining long-term, strategic partnerships and driving growth within these key accounts.
Job Purpose:
To develop and execute a Channel Trade Marketing & Distribution plan which meets brand,
volume, merchandising and promotion objective for each outlet through the most effective and
efficient utilization of time and material in order to achieve national trade marketing objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop sales which meets the objectives of the company and distribution plan in the areas of brand, volume, merchandising and promotion
- Plan & Implement national presence marketing and promotion programs with optimum use of resources and materials in order to achieve the highest in-store visibility and sales performance for Shell
- Manage in effective manner possible to ensure that ageing report of all the DR’s is under control with no overdue
- Develop effective peer relationship to guarantee smooth cooperation with other teams, brand teams as well as with other functions to ensure and effective and smooth operation.
- Establish close working relationships with the trade in order to gain high levels of trade support and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment.
- Develop effective working relationship with our business partner (Principle Management) to ensure smooth operation in the field and achievement of annual objectives through the synergy created.
Desired candidate profile for this role:
- Minimum Qualification: High School Degree
- Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in field sales of which 2-3 years must be in a lubricant sales.
