Kids Club Attendant - Luxury Resort

The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children and a desire to create a fun, safe, and enriching environment for young guests. This role involves supervising children's activities, planning engaging programs, and ensuring the highest level of service in the Kids Club.

Responsibilities

• Welcome children and their families to the Kids Club, providing a warm and engaging environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs that promote creativity, teamwork, and physical activity.
• Supervise children's play to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience while adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Communicate with parents regarding their children's participation and progress in activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club, ensuring all equipment and toys are safe and in good condition.
• Handle any issues or concerns with professionalism and sensitivity, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Assist with special events and themed activities, such as holiday celebrations and organized games.

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare, camp, or recreational setting is preferred.
• A degree or certification in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children and their families.
• Creative thinking and enthusiasm to develop engaging programming and activities.
• Ability to ensure a safe and nurturing atmosphere at all times.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
• A passion for working with children and contributing to memorable family experiences.
