What We’re
Looking For

• Proven Experience as a Kitchen Artist, Culinary Artist,
  or similar role in a Luxury Hotel, Resort, or Fine-Dining
  environment.
  
• Demonstrates Exceptional artistry in carving, display arrangement,
  and decorative techniques across Multiple Mediums, creating Show-Stopping
  Culinary Masterpieces that elevate ‘FIVE-Styled’ Presentations.
  
• Extraordinary
  Creativity and Deep-Seated Passion for the Culinary Arts, brought to life
  through Next-Level dishes and Outstanding Presentation.
  
• Extensive Knowledge of
  diverse International Cuisine, expert Culinary Techniques, and contemporary
  Food Trends.
  
• Exhibits creative Flexibility to adapt Designs seamlessly across diverse

  and hand-crafts captivating Culinary Centrepieces and Displays that transform
  everyday ingredients into Lavish works of Art.
  
• Produces Sensational carvings and decorative arrangements across
  a variety of mediums, including
  Fruits, Vegetables, Chocolate, Sugar, and Ice to create Insta-worthy
  masterpieces.
  
• Curates
  bespoke Artistic Concepts that elevate FIVE’s food presentation and embody the signature ‘Vibe at FIVE’.
  
• Delivers Exquisite seasonal, festive, and event-driven artistry
  themes in Collaboration with the
  Culinary Team.
  
• Elevates
  FIVE’s dining experiences by ensuring every display aligns with FIVE’s Brand
  Identity, Aesthetic Standards, and ‘FIVE-Styled’ Opulence.
  
• Maintains
  a pristine, organised, and efficient Workstation that Exceeds
  global Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations.
  
• Monitors
  artistry materials and ingredients, manages resources responsibly, and Reduces waste through innovative, Sustainable Practices.
  
• Safeguards
  premium quality by Checking
  the durability, freshness, and presentation of all Artistic Creations before Guest Service.
  
• Inspires
  and Trains fellow ‘FIVERs’ in fundamental
