Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking Kitchen Steward / Cleaner  with previous restaurant or hotel experience to maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene for one of our prestigious client based in Abu Dhabi,UAE.

The role includes dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils, waste handling, and maintaining clean kitchen areas throughout service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
  
  


• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
  
  


• Clean kitchen equipment according to instructions.
  
  


• Maintain dishwashing areas in an organised condition.
  
  


• Handle and dispose of waste correctly.
  
  


• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards.
  
  


• Support cleaning activities before, during and after service.
  
  


• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
  
  


• Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning requirements.
  
  


• Maintain a clean kitchen throughout service.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hotel stewarding experience preferred.
  
  


• Knowledge of dishwashing and kitchen cleaning procedures.
  
  


• Understanding of basic hygiene and sanitation.
  
  


• Knowledge of safe waste handling.
  
  


• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
  


• Physically fit for stewarding duties.
  
  


• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  
  


• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
  
  


• Nepali and Sri Lankan candidates preferred.
  
  

Steward — Screening & Assessment

Confirm restaurant/hotel experience, commercial dishwashing experience, kitchen equipment cleaning, cleaning chemical knowledge, waste handling, hygiene/sanitation knowledge, UAE/GCC experience, current location, visa status, expected salary and availability.
