Job Description - Kitchen Technician

Job Description

Maintains a high level in performing the duties and responsibilities.
Develops a solid operational knowledge of all engineering operational procedures.
Carries out preventive maintenance on all kitchen equipment including but not limited to the electric panels and refrigeration equipment.
Trouble shoots on all kitchen Equipment.
Checks stores inventory kitchen spare parts to ensure that there is adequate stock.
Assists other tradesmen as and when required.
Maintains all company’s hand and fixed tools in good working condition.

Additional Information

Good English communication skills is an asset
