Your Responsibilities
Perform high-throughput sequencing procedures including WES, PGS, PGD, and NIPT, with full responsibility for sequencing library preparation
Conduct biological sample extraction (e.g., blood, plasma) following established SOPs to ensure high-quality input material
Carry out quality control and validation of laboratory processes, data, and results in a molecular genetics environment
Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and DHA regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of laboratory procedures and outcomes in coordination with the scientific team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (laboratory staff, bioinformaticians, clinicians) to support clinical and diagnostic projects
Contribute to the optimization and development of laboratory protocols and methods in molecular genetics
