Ladies Salon Receptionist Cashier

Position:Phlebotomist

Location:Alameda,CA

AssignmentType: 13 WeeksContract

Shift: AM /PM / NOC

JobDuties/Responsibilities:

• Performblood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for allage groups
• Collect specimens fordrug screens, paternity tests, alcohol testsetc.
• Perform data entry ofpatient information in an accurate and timelymanner
• Process billinginformation and collect payments whenrequired
• Prepare all collectedspecimens for testing andanalysis
• Maintain patient andspecimen informationlogs
• Provide superiorcustomer service to allpatients
• Administrative andclerical duties asnecessary
• Travel to additionalsites when needed
• Must have 1 yearPhlebotomyexperience
• Must be certified inPhlebotomy

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma orequivalent
• Phlebotomycertification from an accredited agency ispreferred
• Previous experienceas a phlebotomist
• Proven track recordin providing exceptional customerservice
• Strong communicationskills; both written andverbal
• Ability to workindependently or in a teamenvironment
• Comfortable workingunder minimalsupervision
• Reliabletransportation and clean driving record ifapplicable
• Flexibility to workovertime asneeded
