Description

• Lead and supervise in the execution of surveying and inspection of properties and sites to establish property boundaries and to provide information for construction Projects.
• Supervise in the inspection of properties on a regular basis to determine need for alterations and repairs.
• Check all shop drawings prepared to ensure the completion of the required activities.
• Check calculation of quantities for project activities such as (earthwork cut & fill, kerbstone, asphalt, etc.) to be used as support documents for cost estimation and calculation invoices.
• Prepare reports to managers and staff of the organization on matters relating to building maintenance and modernization to ensure that properties are maintained to the required standards

Requirements:

• 5 years experience overall
• 3 years experience in the UAE
• Related diploma qualification
