Lead Data Scientist ( AI ML Lead) (1)

The Lead Data Scientist is responsible for leading and managing a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and big data specialists.

1. Experience in implementing the products lifecycle – design, development, quality, deployment, maintenance.
2. Participate in the entire application life cycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
3. Should lead the end-to-end architecture and development of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning solutions.
4. Responsible for Leading team for various NLP and Deep Learning Solutions.
5. Knowledge of frameworks like Keras/PyTorch/Tensorflow.
6. Exposure to Algorithms, Data Structure Programming in ML.
7. Responsible for building analytical systems and predictive models as well as experimenting with new models and techniques.
8. Responsible for the conception, planning, and prioritizing of data projects.
9. Interpret and analyze data problems and guarantee data quality and integrity.
10. Lead, mentor, manage a team of Senior and Junior data scientists.
11. Ability to build APIs preferrable FastAPI for the ML projects.
12. Maintaining coding standards, code optimization, version controlling, debugging should be a habit.
13. Proficiency in Automating the Machine Learning Pipelines.
14. Exposure in deploying the models in any of the cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes etc.;

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Data science and/or Advanced Degree in any Specialization.
