Job Description - Lead Engineer-Technical Safety

Title:

Lead Engineer-Technical Safety

Facilitate and lead HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, LOPA, Bow-Tie Analysis, SIMOPS, PHSER, Constructability Reviews, and other safety workshops.
Review and validate third-party safety study reports and recommendations.
Identify hazards and develop risk reduction measures.
Ensure closure and tracking of workshop actions and recommendations.
Manage and perform: Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) Fire and Explosion Risk Assessments (FERA) Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis (EERA) Fire Protection and Explosion Protection Studies ESD/PSD System Reviews Cause & Effect Reviews
Develop safety philosophies and safety design criteria.
