Role OverviewWe are seeking a Lead ETL Engineer & Data Modeller with strong expertise in Snowflake and Informatica to design, build, and optimize large‑scale data integration solutions. The role focuses on creating robust frameworks for message tracking, audit logs, error queues, status history, and corrected values, ensuring data accuracy and compliance in a banking environment.Key Responsibilities

• ETL Design & Development: Lead the design and implementation of ETL pipelines using Informatica and Snowflake for large‑scale banking data integration projects.


• Data Modelling: Develop logical and physical data models to support audit, reconciliation, and compliance frameworks.


• Audit & Reconciliation Frameworks: Build and maintain tables for message tracking, audit logs, error queues, status history, and corrected values to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.


• Performance & Optimization: Optimize ETL workflows, monitor data pipelines, and ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across banking systems.


• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and compliance teams to align solutions with banking regulations and business needs.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Snowflake and Informatica PowerCenter/Cloud.


• Strong data modelling skills (conceptual, logical, physical).


• Experience in ETL design, development, and optimization.


• Knowledge of audit, reconciliation, and compliance frameworks in banking.


• Proven track record in large‑scale data integration projects.

Preferred Experience

• Banking or financial services domain exposure.


• Ability to design frameworks for regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and reconciliation accuracy.


• Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and mentoring skills.
