Responsibilities

• Lead the software development team, including setting technical goals, providing guidance and mentorship, and conducting performance evaluations
• Work closely with project stakeholders, such as Product Owners and project managers, to deliver software solutions that meet clients’ business objectives
• Conduct software design, development, and unit testing activities, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Participate in system integration and testing activities, including developing acceptance test plans and scripts

Requirements
