What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 05 years of experience in Corporate Law,
  with strong experience in managing complex corporate legal matters.
  
• Possesses in-depth expertise in Common Law and UAE
  Civil Law, with the ability to navigate complex legal landscapes at a
  ‘FIVE-Star’ standard.
  
• Demonstrates proven mastery in Contract Management,
  Trademark Law, and Regulatory Compliance, ensuring precision across every
  transaction.
  
• Brings a professional background from Top-Tier
  International Law Firms and Corporate Legal Departments, reflecting premium
  experience and a global perspective.
  
• Applies comprehensive knowledge of Corporate, Real
  Estate, Finance, and Banking Law to support bold Growth Strategies and
  Visionary Projects.
  
• Leads with a Strong and Confident personality, capable
  of managing pressure while inspiring teams and driving complex initiatives
  forward.
  
• Exudes a winning attitude and enthusiasm, embracing
  every responsibility requested by Management.
  
• Adapts with Flexibility and Resilience, managing
  multiple priorities and extended hours when needed to deliver Disruptive
  results and safeguard FIVE’s standards of excellence.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and
  written, with fluency in English and Arabic mandatory (Additional languages are
  a Plus).

  solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
  
• Tech-Savvy
  and digitally confident, with strong knowledge of AI-powered tools such as
  Claude and other emerging technologies, and the ability to leverage these tools
  to enhance legal research, drafting, document review, and overall productivity.

  People-Oriented Leader, passionate about motivating, mentoring, and training

Key Responsibilities

• Manages
  all Local and International legal matters, ensuring Curated oversight of cases
  and Flawless execution of documentation.
  
• Coordinates
  and supervises external counsel, reviewing submissions and court filings to
  Safeguard FIVE’s premium Legal Standards.
  
• Oversees
  all Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Portal activities, managing
  Submissions and Confirmations with precision.
  
• Takes
  Full Responsibility for Trademark (TM) issuance, renewals, and compliance
  through the TM Portal, protecting FIVE’s visionary Brand Identity.
  
• Handles
  quarterly legal confirmations and regulatory filings, ensuring Top-Notch
  compliance with all Relevant Authorities.
  
• Drafts,
  reviews, and secures approvals for Press Releases submitted to Nasdaq Dubai and
  the London Stock Exchange, maintaining Flawless communication with market
  regulators.
  
• Prepares
  all pre- and post-Board Meeting documentation, including Minutes of Meeting and
  Board Resolutions, guaranteeing accuracy and alignment with governance
  protocols.
  
• Reviews,
  drafts, and negotiates a wide range of contracts and agreements – from Sales
  and Purchase Agreements, Lease, Retail Space, Consultancy, and Entertainment to
  Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), and Novation
  agreements – ensuring ‘FIVE-Styled’ precision and protection.
  
• Coordinates
  due diligence exercises with External Counsel, providing premium advice on UAE
  Labour Law and reviewing all Supporting Documentation.
  
• Prepares
  correspondence relating to Real Estate, Trademark, Invoices, Reinstatements,
  and Agreements, reinforcing FIVE’s commitment to Compliance.
  
• Reviews
  and prepares legal disclaimers, Terms and Conditions, and related documents
  across Platforms and Activities.
  
• Drafts
  and issues demand letters, initiating debt collection procedures when required
  to safeguard FIVE’s Financial Interests.
  
• Reviews,
  negotiates, and finalises Engagement Letters for external consultants and
  counsels, ensuring Favourable terms.
  
• Prepares
  termination notices for contracts relating to Employment, Retail Spaces,
  Service Providers, and Consultants with decisive clarity.
  
• Responds
  to Guest disputes and complaints linked to hotel charges and services through
  Professional Correspondence that sustains the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
