Legal Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Law; additional relevant certifications or postgraduate degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Legal Manager or in a similar role, with a demonstrated focus on drafting legal documents, preferably within the FS or Energy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, with a strong understanding of international legal frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a keen eye for drafting precision.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in a legal role with a significant focus on drafting.
• Membership in the UAE Bar Association or equivalent professional body.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable but not essential
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
