Legal Receptionist International Law Firm

We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist for a leading international law firm in Dubai.

This role is for an experienced receptionist who enjoys front-of-house work and takes pride in delivering polished, professional service to clients and visitors.

You will be the first point of contact in the office and will play an important role in ensuring reception and day-to-day office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage the main telephone switchboard and direct calls accurately
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings
• Coordinate couriers, incoming documents and general reception requirements
• Support meeting and AV arrangements when required
• Maintain reception, meeting room and front-of-house standards
• Update client/contact information within the CRM system
• Assist with document scanning, filing and general administration
• Provide support to the Office Assistant and Business Operations Manager when required
• Assist with other day-to-day office operational requirements

• Strong previous experience in a Receptionist / Front of House position
• Ideally experience within a law firm, professional services firm or similar corporate environment
• Someone looking to build a long-term career in reception/front of house
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• Professional, polished and client-service focused
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple priorities independently
• Comfortable supporting wider office operations when required
• Flexible and willing to assist outside normal responsibilities when necessary
