Licensed Aircraft Technician

Perform inspections, servicing tasks, and component replacements to maintain airworthiness standards in accordance with Etihad's CAT A approval scope. Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and avionic defects to ensure safe and efficient aircraft operation. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols throughout all maintenance activities. Participate in on-the-job training and professional development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Valid aircraft maintenance license (GCAA or ICAO TYPE II CAT A or B1/B2) with 3 years of documented airline or MRO Line Maintenance experience. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility to work in shifts, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced aviation environment. Ability to adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve maintenance objectives. Must be able to obtain a valid UAE driver's license and an airport driving permit during probation period.
