We re looking for an experienced team ofartificial intelligence engineers to join the revolution, usingdeep learning, NLP, computer vision, chatbots, and robotics to helpus improve various business outcomes and drive innovation. Theengineer will join a small multidisciplinary team helping to shapeour AI strategy and showcasing the potential for AI throughearly-stage solutions.

Objectives of thisrole:

The Senior AI engineer isresponsible for designing, tuning and maintaining Machine Learningsystems. Duties involve assessing and organizing data, executingtests and experiments, and monitoring and optimizing machinelearning processes to help develop strong performing machinelearning systems.

• As a Senior memberof the team, help to meet the needs of our overall AIstrategy.
• Understand WebBeds client &supplier challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can helplead to maximising solutions.
• Work onfunctional design, process design (including scenario design, flowmapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining supportprocedures, in collaboration within an advanced engineeringteam.
• Articulate and document the solutionsarchitecture and lessons learned for each exploration andaccelerated incubation.
• Work with the internalteam & external suppliers, in conducting assessments of theAI and automation market and competitorlandscape.
• Apply machine learning algorithmsand libraries.
• Tuning, maintenance and tuningof AI systems in production.
• Helping to design,develop, and research AI systems, models, andschemes.
• Train & retrain AI systems andmodels as needed.
• Perform statistical analysisand use results to improve models.
• Verify dataquality and ensuring it via datacleansing.
• Visualise data for deeperinsights.

The skills we would love to see inyour suitcase!

• 5+ yearsexperience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technologysolutions as a Senior AI Engineer.
• Strongfoundations in Big data, Statistics, Linear Algebra and NeuralNetworks
• Knowledge of basic algorithms,object-oriented and functional design principles, andbest-practice
• Experience within cloudenvironments
• Attention to detail with robustanalytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
• Time management andorganizational skills.
• Bachelor s degree incomputer science or other highly technical, scientificdiscipline.
