Apt Resources, a leading recruitment company, is looking for a live-in Tagalog-speaking female nurse to take care of an elderly lady. The family is seeking someone friendly who is able to provide exceptional care to their loved one. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will have experience in elderly care.
As a live-in nurse, you will be responsible for providing care to our client's elderly family member. You will be living in their home and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of their care are taken care of. You will be working closely with other members of the healthcare team to provide continuous and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to the elderly lady
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure continuous and consistent care
- Monitor and report any changes in the elderly lady's health status
- Administer medications as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Assist with daily living tasks (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and ensure that the elderly lady is consuming enough fluids
- Keep the elderly lady's living space clean and organized
Requirements
- Must be a female nurse with at least 5 to 10 years of work experience out of which at least 4 years have to be international.
- Must have experience in elderly care
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the elderly lady, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Must be compassionate, with a friendly personality
- Must be able to work independently and take the initiative when required
- Must have a valid nursing license
- Must pass a background check prior to employment
Benefits
