• Our Lobby Hosts areresponsible for providing assistance and support to all Residents,their families and guests in the Lobby as well as on the Forecourtor on the Amenity levels of The Lana Residences, all to ensure ourguests receive nothing but the bestexperience.
• Your responsibilities will be todeliver, collect and store luggage and packages for the Residents,their family and guests and ensure this is done seamlessly andefficiently allowing for any retrieval to be easy for any otherteam member.
• Sometimes our guests have specialrequests involving an even special occasions. Most of theserequests are fulfilled by our ResidenceConcierge.
