Logistics Assistant

Assists inventory and logistics process from receipt to delivery to the end user. Performs all support functions, lifting and moving of all goods across the supply chain.

• Performs daily checking of shelves and arranges the items on a First-In-first-Out (FIFO) basis. 


• Monitors expiries of all items and reports to the respective team.


• Oversees the movement of stocks across the stores and warehouse.


• Labels and places expired items in the allocated area.


• Conducts barcoding and verification of all barcoded items.


• Performs sample delivery and communication.


• Delivers of all items across the units.


• Performs physical inventory.


• Supports Store Assistants on daily issuance.


• Performs physical inventory verification and reconciliation.


• Performs physical movement of items across American Hospital Dubai's locations.


• Works in collaboration with the entire Supply Chain Team.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Graduate

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of Hospital store experience.
