To forward shipping instructions and all shipping documents between dealer’s nominated forwarders and factory’s forwarder Logistics Associate and Legalization:/

Job Responsibilities:

• To prepare shipping documents based on LC or dealer’s requirements.
• To prepare certificate of origin through online system and to arrange attestation and legalization from Chamber and Ministries.
• Banks – Trade and Finance Operation
• To check LCs with banks.
• To submit documents for LCs negotiation.
• Import/ Export Customs Clearance
• To handover documents to agents for Customs clearance.
• To check BOE for Customs clearance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize task effectively
• Strong attention to detail
