Description
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and optimizing logistics processes. You will work closely with the Logistics team to enhance efficiency and meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels and product availability.
Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve overall efficiency.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics-related issues.
Prepare and analyze logistics reports, providing insights for decision-making.
Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to support business goals.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure favorable logistics contracts.

Qualifications

Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management.
Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with logistics software or systems is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
A positive and collaborative attitude within a team environment.
Minimum of 1year of experience in a similar logistics role.
