Primary duties and responsibilities

• Calculation of railway tariffs and rates for the transportation of goods in CIS region and other countries.

• Preparation, conclusion, and approval of freight forwarding / service contracts.

• Verification of railway cargo documents.

• Issuing invoices for payment and closing of accounts with clients and suppliers

• Interaction with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders.

• Verification of invoices from suppliers (account receivables management).

• Generating monthly management reports for the management

• Preparation of Statement of Work and Reconciliation Act

• Preparation of income and expenditure analytical tables for the management

• Track invoices and payments to the suppliers in spreadsheet

• Other duties assigned by the management
