Logistics Executive

We are looking for a Logistics Executive with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in maritime logistics. The role involves coordinating international shipments, managing inventory, and supporting logistics operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international maritime shipments and logistics operations

• Communicate effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, agents, and internal teams

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze logistics data using MS Excel

• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory planning and control

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation

• Support cost tracking and ensure logistics activities remain within budget

• Address and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely manner

Requirements & Skills

• Very good verbal and written English communication skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel

• Experience or exposure to international maritime logistics

• Sound understanding of inventory management processes

• Strong coordination and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
