Designation: Medical Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company for Dr. Spiller products in clinics and hotel spas.
- Market Penetration: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base in clinics and hotel spas.
- Product Promotion: Effectively promote Dr. Spiller products to potential clients, including dermatologists, clinic managers, spa directors, and purchasing managers.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at clinics and hotel spas.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dr. Spiller product lines, including their features, benefits, and application methods.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients to ensure proper usage and understanding of the products.
- Market Research: Gather and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics, and present these to the management team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Ethical Conduct: Adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Administrative Duties:
- Sales Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track sales progress and manage customer information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from the field to the product development team to help improve existing products and develop new ones.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of the medical aesthetics industry and the professional skincare market.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
