Job Summary

As the Marketing Head of our Lottery Division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our marketing efforts, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives. Leveraging your extensive experience in lottery marketing, you will lead a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute innovative campaigns, promotions, and initiatives aimed at maximizing brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

ï'· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive ticket sales, and maximize revenue.
ï'· Lead market research efforts to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for growth.
ï'· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
ï'· Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, promotions, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
ï'· Manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and broadcast, optimizing performance and ROI.
ï'· Analyze marketing data and KPIs to measure campaign electiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
ï'· Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
ï'· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

ï'· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
ï'· 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lottery industry.
ï'· Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
ï'· Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
ï'· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
ï'· Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
ï'· Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
ï'· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
ï'· Knowledge of lottery regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
