Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ultra-luxury real estate market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agencies, and industry stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market presence
• Represent AHS Properties at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
• Lead training and onboarding programs for new sales team members
• Design and deliver ongoing development workshops to enhance team performance
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the luxury real estate industry (5-7 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of luxury real estate and market dynamics
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
