Luxury Real Estate SEO/SMO Specialist

AHS Properties, a leader in the luxury real estate sector, is seeking a skilled SEO/SMO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence to drive organic traffic and enhance brand visibility. You will develop and execute effective search engine optimization (SEO) and social media optimization (SMO) strategies that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and optimize website pages for better search engine ranking.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
• Analyze website performance using various tools and generate reports to track SEO metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine updates, algorithms, and best practices.
• Optimize web content for both SEO and user engagement, including metadata, URLs, and on-page content.
• Manage social media optimization strategies to promote brand awareness and content engagement.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content and social media posts.
• Monitor social media trends and platform updates to leverage tools for maximizing outreach and engagement.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify effective strategies and benchmark performance.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on SEO and social media best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
• Experience as an SEO/SMO Specialist or similar role (4-5 years)
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and optimization strategies
• Familiarity with HTML and website management systems
• Stellar analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
• Up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO, social media, and digital marketing
