We are looking for an Ecommerce Customer Support Executive with experience in Fashion Retail Ecommerce to join a leading retail organization in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

2â4 years of Ecommerce Customer Support experience in Fashion Retail
â
Fluent in Arabic & English (Mandatory)
â
Experience handling D2C ecommerce websites and online customer support
â
Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Ziwo, or similar platforms
â
Strong understanding of order management, returns, refunds, and last-mile delivery processes
â
Experience supporting GCC customers is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
* Handle order tracking, delivery issues, returns, exchanges, and refunds
* Monitor customer satisfaction and service SLAs
* Support abandoned cart recovery initiatives
* Resolve marketplace-related customer cases (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.)
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards
