Madero Therapist - Massage Therapist

OnTime Healthcare is looking for a skilled and dedicated Madero Therapist/Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. In this role, you will provide specialized massage therapy services integrating MaderoTherapy techniques to help clients achieve optimal physical and mental well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to develop personalized treatment plans incorporating MaderoTherapy techniques
• Administer MaderoTherapy sessions effectively, utilizing wooden instruments to promote lymphatic drainage and relaxation
• Integrate various massage modalities alongside MaderoTherapy to provide a holistic approach to client care
• Educate clients about the benefits of MaderoTherapy and suggest lifestyle modifications to enhance treatment results
• Maintain accurate documentation of client treatments, progress, and adjustments to care plans
• Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards while creating a calm and inviting environment for clients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Certification in Massage Therapy with specific training in MaderoTherapy techniques
• Experience as a Madero Therapist or Massage Therapist in a clinical or wellness setting
• Proficient in various massage techniques and a strong understanding of human anatomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing personalized care
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
