We are on the hunt for a talented and reliable maintenance technician to join our maintenance department. In this position, your chief responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. Your duties will include conducting quality assessments, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Should have basic knowledge about Electrical, Mechanical & change over.
• Inspect all equipment and auxiliaries on daily basis for detection of unusual function, sounds and wear conditions
• Report immediately to maintenance in-charge/supervisor/manager for appropriate analysis and corrective action
• Coordinate with maintenance in-charge/supervisor/manager for the daily activities and maintenance plan schedule
• Attend any breakdown affecting production, carry out trouble shooting, and repair in effective resourceful and professional manner
• Maintain plant machinery and equipment such as blowing machines, air compressors, chillers, pumps and others
• Responsible for safekeeping of maintenance hand tools and equipment
• Carry out preventive maintenance of all machines and equipment as per maintenance plan/schedule
• Involvement in installations and other projects given by superior

Requirements:

• Mechatronic Certificate is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years maintenance experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics and electrical trouble shooting.
• Basic Knowledge about plastic engineering/manufacturing.
• Basic Knowledge of handling production machines, utility and Infrastructure
• Knowledge of Toolmaking, mechanic or electric/electronic systems in the plastics industry
• Basic Knowledge of plastics blow moulding or injection moulding equipment, processes and control systems.
• Knowledge of setups, troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Operation System
