Male Housekeeping Villa supervisor - UHNWF

Apt Resources is currently seeking a Male Housekeeping Villa Supervisor to join the team of our client and work for a prestigious UHNWF (Ultra-High-Net-Worth Family). As a Housekeeping Villa Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the luxurious villa of the client. Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
• Manage the day-to-day housekeeping operations, including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance tasks
• Ensure that the villa is maintained in immaculate condition at all times
• Establish and enforce cleanliness standards and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure their proper usage and storage
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Train staff on safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
  
  

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Housekeeping Villa Supervisor or similar role in UAE or GCC
• Must be willing to work in Al Ain
• Prior working experience in a Luxury Hotel or UHNWF would be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping best practices and techniques
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in using housekeeping software and equipment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
