Role Overview

The Bussola Group is recruiting 50+ Male Room Attendants on behalf of leading hotels in Dubai. The role keeps guest rooms clean, well-stocked and presented to the hotel's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards and on schedule
• Make beds, change linen and towels, and replenish amenities and supplies
• Report maintenance issues, damage and lost-and-found items promptly
• Handle guest requests courteously and update room status accurately
• Keep trolleys and linen rooms organised; use chemicals and equipment safely
• Support turndown service, deep cleaning and public areas when required
• Male candidates currently in the UAE, available to join immediately
• 1+ year of hotel or housekeeping experience preferred (freshers with a strong attitude considered)
• Basic spoken English; physically fit; willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented, honest, well-groomed, punctual and a good team player
