Job Description - Management Associate Business Operations & Strategy
The Management Associate will work closely with senior management to support strategic initiatives, business research, operational coordination, process improvement, and business development activities across multiple business sectors. The role requires a highly analytical, technology-savvy, and proactive professional capable of conducting market research, managing projects, supporting commercial activities, and providing actionable business insights to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Research & Strategic Analysis
Conduct market, industry, competitor, technology, and country-level research.
Analyze emerging market trends, technologies, and business opportunities.
Support strategic initiatives, partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.
Prepare management reports, executive summaries, and business recommendations.
Monitor industry developments and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Business Operations & Project Coordination
Develop and maintain business trackers, dashboards, databases, and reporting systems.
Track ongoing projects, business opportunities, and management action items.
Coordinate with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and technology partners.
Ensure timely follow-up, reporting, and closure of pending actions.
Support project execution through effective coordination and communication.
Business Systems & Process Improvement
Evaluate and recommend CRM platforms, project management systems, and digital tools.
Develop structured workflows, reporting mechanisms, and process improvements.
Support implementation and optimization of business systems.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and automation.
Customer & Commercial Support
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
Coordinate customer communications and follow-up activities.
Support business development initiatives and strategic sales activities.
Assist management in evaluating commercial opportunities and partnerships.
Presentation & Documentation
Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for customers, management, investors, and partners.
Develop business reports, meeting minutes, project documentation, and executive summaries.
Maintain organized document management systems and digital repositories.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of business documentation.
Business Development & Growth Initiatives
Research new products, technologies, and market opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
Evaluate potential partners, technology providers, and investment opportunities.
Conduct feasibility assessments and market intelligence studies.
Support management in identifying opportunities across manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technology, and emerging sectors.
Prepare strategic recommendations based on research findings and market analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business operations, research, project coordination, business analysis, consulting, executive support, or business development.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technology, consulting, or related sectors will be an advantage.
Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, or business intelligence platforms is preferred.
