This position is located in the IHS Office of Quality and Enterprise Risk Management, Division of Enterprise Risk Management. The incumbent will serve as an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Advisor and provide expert advice and guidance on the agency’s ERM program for healthcare risk assessment and management in the development and maintenance of IHS’ risk infrastructure, including trainings, tools, methodologies, and policies.

Experience developing and managing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program functions to include; risk taxonomy, risk assessment criteria, risk repository, ERM policies and procedures, as well as a GRC framework, AND;
Experience conducting research and designing quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of program, operation and administrative processes.
