Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Manager at Kids World Nurseries. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including managing staff, coordinating parent communication, implementing curriculum, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulations and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education and knowledge of Montessori philosophy
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of licensing and regulatory requirements for nurseries
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
