The Manager – Auto Division is responsible for business growth, divisional profitability, customer development, service strategy, commercial direction, operational oversight, and overall performance of the Auto Division.

The role is not expected to personally handle every service job, repair task, or day-to-day workshop activity. Daily execution remains with the Operations Manager – Service, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, technicians, admin, and CRM team. However, the Manager – Auto Division must maintain enough oversight to ensure that the division remains commercially controlled, operationally disciplined, customer-focused, and profitable.

The ideal candidate should be an automotive business professional with strong UAE market knowledge, customer relationships, service operations understanding, and commercial maturity.

He should be able to grow the Auto Division without creating unnecessary overhead, develop the right customer segments, control service quality, protect margins, and coordinate delivery through service, maintenance, CRM, and centralized support departments.

The candidate should not be only a salesperson and should not be only a workshop person. The role requires a balanced profile: growth-focused, commercially disciplined, operationally aware, customer-focused, and capable of leading the Auto Division as a profit center.
