Serve asthe key point of contact for information security operationalrequests

Review supplier provided reports andensure adherence to agreed SLAs

Ensureeffectiveness of security services provided by the managed servicesprovider for detection, prevention, protection and remediation ofsecurity incidents

Ensure the enforcement ofinformation security controls to Etihad security standards,policies and regulatory requirements by the managed servicesprovider

Provide support for information securityinvestigation requests

Provide support forinformation security investigationrequests

Report status of information securitysituational awareness as requested

Ensure thatthe service provider applies security policies, requirements andcontrols to all supported platforms

Ensure thatthe managed security services provider defines and documentssecurity procedures and configurations
