KeyResponsibilities:

• Responsible for sales growth formovement of commodities originating from Ahmedabad region toEastern & Southern India thru’container’s rakes.
• Responsible forrelationship with regional officials of Steel and Bulkcustomers.
• Responsible for dailycustomers' enquiries regarding their bookings, transitinformation of their consignments & coordination withdelivery team at the destination.
• Coordinationwith transporters for timely placing containers at thecustomer’s door for pickup & delivery of thematerials.
• Redressal of customers’complaints regarding delay, breakage, or shortage of their materialetc.
• Adhere to DP World laid down policiesgoverning Credit control and credit offerings tocustomers.
• Preparation of data, presentation,study papers, reports as required.
• Analyse thecompetitor’s activities & plan businessstrategies for continuous improvement and meeting of relevantobjectives and targets as assigned bymanagement.
• Undertake all tasks andresponsibilities assigned by the reporting manager /HOD.
• Conduct deep market study to understandthe changing needs and expectation of customers and to planaddressing issues in coordination with otherdepartments
