Job Description - Manager Ethics and Compliance (UAE National Only)

Develop and maintain relevant policies and procedures for the Core Ethics & Compliance Program. Manage the team who will support with the Core Ethics & Compliance Program. Prepare and coordinate quarterly reporting packs for the Ethics & Compliance Board and Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. Minimum of eight years' experience in a similar ethics and compliance role. University degree. Preferably in Law (but other fields will be considered depending on experience). Relevant Ethics & Compliance certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Fraud Examiner etc. preferred.
