Job Description - Manager Institutional Sales

The primary objective of this role is to build Institutional sales vertical ( Corporate , Educational Institutions ) with profitable baseline

  • Build and develop customer base through new account opening, business tie ups etc
  • Build and develop a robust sales pipeline and have a good conversion rate
  • Focus on customer intimacy and relationship building with stakeholders across key customers.
  • Follow through on collections and ensure that this is line with company credit policy
  • Work closely with other departments for smooth operations and achievement of business numbers
  • Will be driving Topline, gross margins & customer acquisitions
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 4 - 5 years of exp. In F&B or F&V or FMCG in corporate / Edu. Institution /Schools, Universities
  • Experience in business development - getting customers on board
  • Articulate & implement route to market for channel
  • Knowledge of food handling/preparation. This is to support new NPD initiatives.
  • Ability to define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, market share and activation in the region

Salary + Sales incentive + Fuel reimbursement + Insurance coverage
