Manager, PB Marketing - Emiratized

JOB SUMMARY / INTRODUCTION

The Manager – PB Marketing is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing and communications campaigns across Current Accounts and Savings Accounts products to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role works closely with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver high-quality, culturally relevant campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage end-to-end marketing and communications campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social channels to deliver against set annual marketing objectives.
• Translate business and product objectives into compelling, culturally relevant campaign strategies for the UAE market with the creative agency.
• Own campaign delivery from brief development and creative alignment through to media planning, production, launch, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver quality, on-brand and error-free marketing content in both Arabic and English across the right channels at the right time.
• Ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and optimize for continuous improvement.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and agency relationships effectively.
• Work collaboratively across functions including creative, CRM, website, social media, media, business, product, events and PR teams.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
• Fluency and professional writing proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in a marketing role working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of the UAE market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
• Excellent bilingual (Arabic/English) written and verbal communication skills.
