• Deliver agreed KPIs including ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate and Revenue.

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute and optimize Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging paid channels.


• Continuously improve campaign structure, bidding, audiences and creatives.

Agency Management

• Lead media agencies through clear governance, planning, optimization and performance reviews.

Analytics & Measurement

• Develop executive dashboards and actionable insights using GA4, GTM and reporting platforms.


• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across digital properties.

Ecommerce & Omnichannel

• Partner with Ecommerce, Brand, CRM, Merchandising and Analytics teams.


• Support initiatives that drive both ecommerce growth and store traffic.

Experimentation & Innovation

• Lead structured testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers and bidding.


• Identify opportunities using AI, automation and new digital technologies.

Leadership

• Operate independently with minimal supervision.


• Coach agency partners and contribute to the long-term capability of the Digital Marketing team.
