Manager Regional Catering Performance

Ensure all menus are delivered in compliance with GE standards and within budget. Deliver all tender operational requirements and performance audits to Procurement. Participate in Caterer evaluation and menu presentation. Knowledge of airline catering processes and procedures to maintain safe and compliant food and services onboard flights Food safety practices and principles and maintaining food in line with Halal requirements Bachelor's degree in relevant subject or equivalent vocational qualification plus business experience Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English High level of computer literacy (MS Office) Ability to analyse and synthesise data to extract opportunities and insights Food Safety and Halal practices Understanding of food allergens 8 years of airline or airline catering experience .Minimum 2 years in leadership role
