TPF Recruitment isrecruiting on behalf of a fantastic firm of Top 15 charteredaccountants in Maidstone who are looking to recruit an Audit andAccounts Senior into their Team. This is a fantastic opportunity,where you will work in a mixed audit, accounts and tax capacity.Training will be provided on accounts and tax, if you work in pureaudit. Our client has seen significant growth in their fee incomein recent times and have also taken on much larger, listed workfrom Top 10 and Big 4 firms. Due to further expansion, theyrelooking to recruit an Audit and Accounts Senior into theirsuccessfulteam.

Thisposition will primarily be focused owner managed businesses from1m- 100m turnover and are a mix of both national and internationalbusinesses. Clients are a mixture of both corporate businesses andnot for profit organisations including charities and academies. Theposition can be moulded around the individual. Suitable candidateswill either be ACA/ACCA studying though to 0-3 years postqualified.

Onaverage you will work in the office 3 days a week and from home 2days a week, but this will be moulded around the candidate. This isone of the best audit positions on the market at the moment, whereyou will be offered fantastic exposure while maintaining a greatwork life balance, and a market leading remuneration package. Requirements

Youwill be seeking a career move at the Audit Associate, SeniorAssociate, Semi Senior or Senior level with a clear progression anddevelopment path on offer within a highly regarded accountancypractice.
