## Synopsis\n\nThe Manager of Third-Party Customers reports to the Senior Manager 3rd Party Maintenance and LMI. The role is responsible for administering and managing all AUH 3rd party contract requirements, including service level agreements, negotiation of rates, and performance. The role monitors monthly revenue, costs, and associated expenses related to all contractual agreements between Etihad Technical and the customer. The role is responsible for maintaining the standards set by Etihad\u2019s GCAA CAR 145, EASA Part-145, UK CAA Part-145 approval or under the respective National Aviation Authority issued approval for each specified operator.\n\n## Accountabilities\n\n * Manages and negotiates all AUH 3rd party customer contracts as per IATA SGHA standards, maintaining an effective cost model for Etihad Technical Operations.\n * Defines manpower requirements to ensure adequate resources are available to carry out maintenance activities on customer aircraft.\n * Ensures that all technical maintenance data is readily available and access equipment (PCs/Laptops) are maintained to the current revision status and remain fully serviceable.\n * In coordination with Production Planning and Resource Planning, ensures sufficient certifying and support staff are available during each ground time to ensure dispatch is possible while ensuring adherence to the principles of Human Factors.\n * Evaluates the standards of maintenance performed on customer aircraft to ensure compliance with specified procedures as outlined by the customer.\n * Provides Documentation \u0026 Procedures training to outstation engineers handling Etihad aircraft.\n\n\n\n## Education \u0026 Experience\n\n * Education: Must posses valid aircraft maintenance license (UAE GCAA/EASA Part 66/ FAA or equivalent Degree in the field of Aeronautical, Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics engineering)\n * Experience: Previous experience in contracts management is highly desirable.
