Key Responsibilities:

• Plan product assortment, sales, and inventory levels.


• OTB Management


• Analyze sales trends and customer demand.


• Prepare sales and stock forecasts.


• Monitor stock levels and product performance.


• Identify fast- and slow-moving products.


• Coordinate with buying, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.


• Support seasonal and promotional planning.


• Prepare regular sales and inventory reports.


• Ensure the right products are available at the right time and quantity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail planning, or inventory planning.


• Strong analytical and organizational skills.


• Good knowledge of MS Excel and planning systems.


• Strong communication and coordination skills.


• Ability to work with sales and inventory data.


• Experience in home furnishing/furniture retail is an advantage.
