Manager-Self Storage

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day to day site operations, sales performance, customer experience and facility maintenance for an upcoming self-storage business in Dubai. 

The ideal candidate blends exceptional commercial drive with a strong operational background in customer facing businesses to optimize occupancy, hit revenue targets and ensure seamless daily site performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & revenue generation


• Operations & site management


• Facility maintenance and vendor management


• Customer experience 

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate should have strong experience in self-storage, hospitality, property management or serviced offices


• Atleast 2-3 years in a supervisory role


• Hands-on experience with CRM, POS or property management software


• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is a distinct advantage
