Marketing and Admissions Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Marketing & Admissions Executive (MAC Support) to join one of our Abu Dhabi schools, working closely with the school-based Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) team.

This role supports the delivery of high-quality marketing, communications and admissions activity, contributing to enrolment growth, brand awareness and positive engagement with prospective and current families.

The role:

We seek an individual to join as a Marketing & Admissions Executive (MAC Support), where the focus will be:

  Supporting marketing and communications activity across digital, print and social media platforms

  
  


• 
  

  Assisting with photography, videography and management of digital assets

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinating with external suppliers to deliver marketing materials to agreed timelines

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting school events, open days and community engagement activities

  
  


• 
  

  Providing admissions and front desk support when required

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection requirements

  
  

The successful candidate will possess:

• 
  

  Experience supporting marketing, communications or admissions activity

  
  


• 
  

  Strong content creation and graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing social media platforms

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is desirable but not essential)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related subject.
