The role

This is one of Vortexa’s fastest-growing and highest-opportunity regions, with strong relationship-driven ecosystems and significant headroom for brand awareness and community growth.

This role shapes how Vortexa is known and experienced in the region.

You will build communities, create meaningful industry moments, and develop partnerships that position Vortexa at the centre of important market conversations. You’ll help define how we show up — not only at events, but across channels, partnerships, analyst-led insight, and market touchpoints, working closely with the London HQ team.

In relationship-led markets like this, strong presence builds trust, opens doors, and supports long-term commercial growth. This role sits at that intersection, turning reputation, community, insight, and market visibility into meaningful business momentum.

This is regional ownership, requiring a deep understanding of the market, its nuances, and the people in it.

What you’ll be responsible for

Regional presence & brand

  • Shape how Vortexa shows up across key regional industry moments and market-facing channels, ensuring our presence feels credible, thoughtful, and locally relevant.

Community growth & engagement

  • Build and nurture a high-quality regional community through ongoing touchpoints, curated gatherings, and relationship-led engagement that positions Vortexa at the heart of the market.

Partnerships & ecosystem development

  • Develop partnerships that extend Vortexa’s reach, credibility, and access to new audiences and networks.

Experiences, events & insight amplification

  • Lead regional delivery of events and experiences, from sponsorships and speaking opportunities to hosted roundtables and executive gatherings, ensuring they are well-curated and genuinely valuable.
  • Work with HQ teams to amplify Vortexa’s analyst-led insight and market intelligence across regional channels, events, and partner platforms, helping position Vortexa as a trusted voice in market conversations.

Regional GTM partnership & impact

  • Act as the marketing partner to regional Sales and commercial teams, aligning community, partnerships, campaigns, and market engagement with regional GTM priorities. Ensure strong follow-up, shared planning, and clear visibility into how engagement contributes to pipeline momentum, and demonstrate the ROI of community activities, contributing to overall marketing success.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in community, partnerships, brand, or field marketing in a B2B environment
  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys bringing people together
  • Confidence hosting, presenting, and representing a brand externally
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Comfortable working in partnership with commercial, analyst, and campaign teams, and using tools and data to track engagement and impact
